APPLICATION by Air Tindi Ltd. for suspension of Licence No. 890120 in respect of the use of fixed wing aircraft in Group B for a period of six months.

Air Tindi Ltd. (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the National Transportation Agency for the suspension set out in the title. The application was received on June 6, 1989.

Under Licence No. 890120, Air Tindi Ltd. is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A, B and C, from a base at Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

The Agency has reviewed the application and considers it appropriate to suspend Licence No. 890120 in respect of the use of fixed wing aircraft in Group B. The application is hereby approved.

Licence No. 890120 is hereby suspended in respect of the use of fixed wing aircraft in Group B, pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C. 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.). The suspension will be lifted upon the Licensee advising the Agency that it is reinstating its Group B service under Licence No. 890120 and confirming that it continues to meet the requirements set out in subsection 72(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.

This Decision shall form part of Licence No. 890120 and shall remain affixed thereto as long as the said Decision is in force.
