In the wake of Conquest Vacations' immediate cessation of its operations, the Canadian Transportation Agency is providing the following advice to those who have booked future travel involving this tour operator:

• for bookings made directly with Conquest Vacations, contact Conquest by e-mail at  directcustomers@conquestvacations.com;
• for bookings made through an agent, contact the travel agency for assistance; and
• consumers who have paid for their travel with a credit card should also contact the issuing company or institution for a refund.

Residents of other provinces or territories or persons outside Canada should contact their travel agent.

Persons who are in transit should contact their air carrier immediately to confirm the status of their flight. Travellers required to make arrangements with another carrier should keep all tickets and/or receipts for any expenses incurred in making alternate travel arrangements (including accommodation and meals). However, the Agency cannot confirm at this point that any reimbursement will be available for costs incurred.
