Dear Sir / Madam;

I would support the shift of notification to email / internet. Conversely, there is the possibility with email that notification could end up being lost in 'spam' filters or going unnoticed. Further I have noticed in my own business that email addresses do change much more quickly than fax numbers. To compensate for that if it was possible to send out the notification twice, I suggest that would be sufficient.
