Under the Civil Air Navigation Services Commercialization Act, the Canadian Transportation Agency can review appeals from aircraft operators concerning new or increased charges imposed by NAV CANADA. It must make its decisions, which are final and binding, within sixty (60) days after an appeal is filed.
