Help on Downloading Files

We recommend that you save the file before opening it.

When you are at a hyperlink to the file, you can save it without first opening it by following the instructions below.

For PC users

Microsoft Internet Explorer: Right-click on the hyperlinked file name and select "Save Target As...". Then save the document, in a directory of your choice, and access the file with the associated software.

Netscape: Right-click on the hyperlink file name and select "Save Link As...". Then save the document, in a directory of your choice, and access the file with the associated software.

For Mac users

Microsoft Internet Explorer: Click and hold on the hyperlinked file name and select "Download Link to Disk". Then save the document, in a directory of your choice, and access the file with the associated software.

Netscape: Click and hold on the hyperlinked file name and select "Save this Link as...". Then save the document, in a directory of your choice, and access the file with the associated software.
