Reports on the accessibility of the federal transportation network
The CTA has a mandate to protect the fundamental right of persons with disabilities to an accessible federal transportation network.
To ensure a more accessible transportation network, the CTA monitors compliance with its regulations and codes of practice.
In addition, the CTA's enforcement officers regularly visit air carriers, airports, train stations and ferry terminals to ensure that employees have the training they need to serve persons with disabilities.
