Shippers

The Canadian Transportation Agency:

• provides approvals;
• issues licences, permits and certificates of fitness; and
• makes decisions on a wide range of matters involving federal air, rail and marine transportation.

The Agency also handles complaints from shippers about federally-regulated transportation.
