AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the City of Chilliwack pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.
On June 26, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing (warning system) at Ford Road and mileage 65.10 Yale Subdivision, in the city of Chilliwack, in the province of British Columbia.
It is noted that the Agreement supersedes the Agreement referred to in Order No. 2004‑AGR-151 dated April 14, 2004.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of June 26, 2012.
