On August 19, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing (warning system) at Loreland Avenue and mileage 12.06 Galt Subdivision, in the city of Mississauga, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of August 19, 2013.
