On May 23, 2006, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing at Thompson Road and mileage 31.02 Galt Subdivision, in the town of Milton, in the regional municipality of Halton, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 23, 2006.
