On August 20, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing (sidewalk) at 99th Street and mileage 173.01 Scotford Subdivision (formerly Willingdon Subdivision), in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of August 20, 2013.
