On July 23, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing (pedestrian walkway) at mileages 117.79 and 117.89 Havelock Subdivision, in the city of Peterborough, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of July 23, 2013.
