On October 17, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing at Prairie Dog Trail and mileage 0.08, Track OP07, with headblock at mileage 11.28 Oak Point Subdivision, in the rural municipality of Rosser, in the province of Manitoba.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of October 17, 2011.
