On May 6, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the apportionment of the costs for the permanent closure of the road crossing at Range Road 203 and mileage 44.14 Maple Creek Subdivision, in the village of Carmichael, in the province of Saskatchewan.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 6, 2013.
