On July 23, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing at First Avenue and mileage 19.12 Red Deer Subdivision, in the city of Airdrie, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of July 23, 2013.
