On May 6, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to an apportionment of the costs for the permanent closure of the road crossing (pedestrian overpass) at mileage 6.37 Parc Subdivision, in the city of Montréal, in the province of Quebec.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 6, 2013.
