    • Tab navigation and labels allow the user to read and use forms effectively;

    • ALT tags for all non-textual elements on the page and LONGDESC tags for information about graphs and complex objects;

    • Direct links for conversion of PDF files to text-based HTML files via Adobe's Access Web Site;

    • Consistent template design that helps screen readers identify common elements on the page and locate the beginning of a core document. A "Skip Navigation" link is also available at the top of each page;

    • Cascading Style Sheets are used for all font, colour, and style specifications. Font sizes have been tested on Netscape 4 and Internet Explorer 4-5.5 for resize ability.
