Accessibility Complaint wizard
As part of the Canadian Transportation Agency’s website redesign, we created a Complaint Wizard to help people determine whether we can proceed with their complaint and to direct them to the correct form and process.
The accessibility complaints process is for persons with disabilities which are either permanent or temporary, who face undue obstacles in the federal transportation system. Their representatives may submit a complaint on their behalf.
Tip: The service provider must be aware of your complaint and be given a chance to respond before the Agency can take action on your complaint
