The Agency’s target is to issue a program permit within 4 business days of receiving all required documentation demonstrating compliance with the charter requirements for flights to be operated pursuant to the air carrier's non-scheduled international licence.

The target for achieving this standard is set at 85 percent.

In 2014/2015, 97 percent of program permits were issued within 4 business days.
