The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) will hold an oral hearing on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in the Lobby Meeting Room at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 37 Spicer Square, Bowmanville, Ontario.  The hearing will commence at 12:00 p.m.

The purpose of the oral hearing is to allow the Agency to gather further evidence regarding whether the applicant's wheelchair was damaged while in the care and control of Sunwing and whether, as a result, the applicant encountered an obstacle.

Attendance at the hearing

Members of the public may attend as observers of the hearing. The seating capacity is limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. No cameras or recording devices are permitted.
