Business Jet Managers, Inc.

Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer, Ontario Region, of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that Business Jet Managers, Inc. has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it operated one fifth/seventh freedom flight in Canada without authorization by the Agency. Business Jet Managers, Inc. did not request authority from the Agency prior to operating a fifth/seventh freedom flight that it operated into Canada. Thereby, Business Jet Managers, Inc. did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence No. 100036 for one flight that it operated on September 9, 2015 between Nassau, Bahamas and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
