K.D. Air Corporation

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on July 30, 2018, by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that K.D. Air Corporation is in contravention of subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act, paragraph 107(1)(n) of the Air Transportation Regulations and sections 4, 8, 9 and 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
