Contravention
On or about October 18, 2016, Kolob Canyons Air Services, LLC operated an air service between Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and San Luis Potosi Mexico using Fairchild III type aircraft bearing registration N652KA, to transport cargo without holding an active licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
