Contravention
A) On or about June 1, 2016, Nicholas Services, LLC operated an air service between Denison, Texas, United States of America and Québec, Quebec, Canada, using a Phenom 300 type aircraft bearing registration N377N, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA).
B) On or about June 13, 2016, Nicholas Services, LLC operated an air service between Lewiston, Montana, United States of America and Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, using a Phenom 100 type aircraft bearing registration N356N, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
C) On or about June 27, 2017, Nicholas Services, LLC operated an air service between Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and Minot, North Dakota, United States of America, using a Phenom 100 type aircraft bearing registration N348N, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
D) On or about June 27, 2017, Nicholas Services, LLC operated an air service between Minot, North Dakota, United States of America and Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, using a Phenom 100 type aircraft bearing registration N348N, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
