How to upload files to the secure file transfer system

Read all the instructions first

Please read the instructions carefully to make sure you're uploading your documents in the correct folder.

How to log in

Note: It's recommended to use a desktop computer. You must use a browser with JavaScript enabled.

Go to the login page to connect to the secure file transfer system.

Your username is your email address.

First time users: A temporary password was sent to you in an email titled "Account password." If you have not received the email, please check your junk mail folder.

Once you log in, you will be asked to change your password immediately.

Returning users: You can reset your password if you've forgotten it.

A note about accessibility
There are many ways to file supporting documents. You can also file documents with the Agency Secretariat by email, courier or fax if you have difficulties using the file transfer system.
What if I can't access the secure file transfer system?

You may need to use a different internet browser (like Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer) or you may need to update your browser to the latest version. You also need to use a browser that has JavaScript enabled.

If you're still having problems, please contact the Agency Secretariat.

Step 3: Click on the "Non-Confidential" folder

What if I have confidential documents?

If your case is being handled through adjudication and you filed a request for confidentiality, you must upload a public version of the document from which the confidential information has been redacted.

You can upload the public version in the "Non-Confidential" folder.

You must also upload a confidential version of the document, which:

  • contains and identifies the confidential information that was redacted from the public version; and
  • states "CONTAINS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" on the top of each page.

You can upload the confidential version in the "Confidential" folder. The confidential version is only filed with the Agency at this stage in the proceedings.

How do I send my supporting documents to the other parties?
If your case is being handled through adjudication, your supporting documents will automatically be sent to any email address(es) that you entered on the last part of the form.
