On or about March 11 through 20th, 2009, at or near Calgary, Alberta, Canadian Air Taxi Services Ltd. violated section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act by publicly offering for sale, in Canada, an air service without holding a license issued in respect of that service.

Date of issuance: March 13, 2009

On or about March 13, 2009, Gaspé Airport violated section 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations by not keeping available, for inspection by the Agency and the general public, a copy of its current training program prepared in the form set out in the schedule and containing the information required therein.

Between January 1st and 30th, 2009, Island Express Air Inc. violated section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act by advertising, through the Abbotsford and CanPages Yellow Pages, a publicly available air service, to conduct charter trips to various point to point destinations in British Columbia, without holding license.

Date of issuance: March 13, 2009

On or about October 15, 2008, Royce Allan Ross operated an air service between Spirit River, Alberta and Calgary, Alberta using a Cessna 421B aircraft bearing registration C-GSBW, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

Between January 15 and 19, 2009 Go Travel Direct violated section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act by publicly offering for sale in Canada an air service, using Finnair OYJ, between points in Canada, London, England and Paris, France while Finnair OYJ's licence did not authorize such service.

Between January 9 and May 14, 2008, Medway Air Ambulance, Inc. operated publicly available air service from points in Florida, Texas, Maine and South Carolina, United States of America to points in New Brunswick, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec, Canada without holding a licence issued in respect of that service.

EGO; Expresso sold an air service, between Gatineau, Quebec and Quebec City, Quebec, for which no licence or exemption under this section was issued.

Issuance date: July 3, 2008

Violation of Subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act. Chipola Aviation, Inc. operated publicly available flights on or about January 21, 2008, between La Aurora, Mexico and Toronto, Ontario, and on or about April 5, 2008, between Los Cabos and Kelowna, British Columbia. At the time of these flights, Chipola Aviation, Inc. did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence.

On or about May 21, 2008, Lufthansa German Airlines could not make available for public inspection at its business office, located at Terminal 1 at Lester B. Pearson International Airport, a true copy of its Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) Tariff that applies to the international service being offered from that point.
