IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence Nos. 882238 and 890184 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group A imposed by Decision No. 362-A-1992 dated June 9, 1992 - Club César Inc.

WHEREAS under Licence No. 882238, Club César Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, restricted to serving the transportation requirements of the bona fide guests, employees and workmen (including luggage, material and supplies) of Club César Inc., from a base at Lac César, Quebec, between May 1 and October 31 of each year;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 890184, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, from a base at Lac César, Quebec, between May 15 and October 15 of each year;

AND WHEREAS by Decision No. 362-A-1992 dated June 9, 1992, Licence Nos. 882238 and 890184 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group A were suspended pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.);

AND WHEREAS the insurance company of the Licensee has now filed a valid certificate of insurance;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and is satisfied that the Licensee has the qualifications necessary for the issuance of Licence Nos. 882238 and 890184 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group A. Accordingly, the Agency is of the opinion that the suspension imposed by Decision No. 362-A-1992 should be lifted.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The suspension of Licence Nos. 882238 and 890184 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group A imposed by Decision No. 362-A-1992 dated June 9, 1992 is hereby lifted.
