Decision No. 35-W-2013
APPLICATION by Subsea 7 Canada Inc., pursuant to the Coasting Trade Act, S.C., 1992, c. 31, for a licence.
Subsea 7 Canada Inc. applied, through its representative, for a licence to use the “SEVEN EAGLE”, a Liberian offshore subsea construction ship, to perform saturation diving and remote operated vehicle (ROV) activities on subsea production equipment, offshore the east coast of Newfoundland and Labrador, commencing February 1 and ending April 30, 2013.
Is there a suitable Canadian ship available to perform the activity?
