APPLICATION by Algonquin Airlink Inc. to reinstate Licence Nos. 030059 and 030060.

Algonquin Airlink Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) for the reinstatement of Licence Nos. 030059 and 030060. The application was received on September 14, 2005 and was complete and ready for processing on September 19, 2005.
Under Licence No. 030059, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
Under Licence No. 030060, the Licensee is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.
By Decision No. 215-A-2005 dated April 13, 2005, Licence Nos. 030059 and 030060 were suspended pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA). Pursuant to that Decision, the Licensee was provided with a period of one year from the date of the Decision to file an application to reinstate the said licences.
The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(i) to (iii) and 73(1)(a)(i) to (iii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence Nos. 030059 and 030060 imposed by Decision No. 215-A-2005 dated April 13, 2005 is no longer in effect.
