APPLICATION by Sierra Fox Inc. carrying on business as Ferrari Flight Training to reinstate Licence Nos. 962334 and 967113.

Sierra Fox Inc. carrying on business as Ferrari Flight Training (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) for the reinstatement of Licence Nos. 962334 and 967113. The application was received on August 30, 2005.

Under Licence No. 962334, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

Under Licence No. 967113, the Licensee is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.

By Decision No. 572-A-2004 dated October 27, 2004, Licence Nos. 962334 and 967113 were suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA). Pursuant to that Decision, the Licensee was provided with a period of one year from the date of the Decision to file an application to reinstate the said licences.

The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(i) to (iii) and 73(1)(a)(i) to (iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence Nos. 962334 and 967113 imposed by Decision No. 572-A-2004 dated October 27, 2004 is no longer in effect.
