APPLICATION by Tactical Marine Solutions Ltd., pursuant to the Coasting Trade Act, S.C., 1992, c.31, for a licence.
Case number:

Tactical Marine Solutions Ltd. applied , through its representative, for a licence to use the “ERNEST SHACKLETON”, a  research and support ship registered in the United Kingdom, to provide support services, in particular emergency services,  to the cruise ship “Crystal Serenity” to the following Canadian locations during its voyage through the Northwest Passage and northern Canadian waters: Ulukhaktok, Northwest Territories; Cambridge Bay, Nunavut; and Pond Inlet, Nunavut.
