Organizations that participated in the Air Carrier Survey are: Air Canada/Air Canada Jazz, Air Creebec, Air Inuit, Air North, Air Transat, Calm Air, Canadian North, CanJet Airlines, Corporate Express Airlines, First Air, Harmony Airways, Hawkair, Jetsgo, Kelowna Flightcraft, Labrador Airways, Les Investissements Nolinor, Pacific Coastal Airlines, Provincial Airlines, Skyservice Airlines, Voyageur Airways, WestJet Airlines and Zoom Airlines.

Organizations that participated in the Air Terminal Survey are: Calgary International Airport, Charlottetown Airport, Edmonton International Airport, Fredericton International Airport, Gander International Airport, Greater Moncton International Airport, Halifax International Airport, Iqaluit Airport, Jean Lesage International Airport, Kelowna International Airport, Lester B. Pearson International Airport (3 terminals), MacDonald-Cartier (Ottawa) International Airport, Pierre E. Trudeau International Airport, Prince George International Airport, Regina International Airport, Saint John Airport, St. John's International Airport, Thunder Bay International Airport, Vancouver International Airport, Victoria International Airport, Whitehorse Airport, Winnipeg International Airport, and Yellowknife Airport.

Organizations who participated in the Rail Carrier Survey are: Algoma Central Railway, Québec North Shore and Labrador Railway, and VIA Rail.

Organizations who participated in the Rail Terminal Survey are: Algoma Central Railway, Québec North Shore and Labrador Railway (3 participating terminals), and VIA Rail (38 participating terminals).

Organizations who participated in the Ferry Carrier Survey are: Marine Atlantic and Northumberland/Bay Ferries.

Overall, 98 surveys were completed. Twenty-two were completed by air carriers, 25 by air terminals, 3 by rail carriers, 42 by rail terminals, 2 by ferry carriers, and 4 by ferry terminals.
