Hill Times: "Enhanced protection of air passengers' rights on the way"

In a recent Hill Times article, the Minister of Transport outlined his intention to introduce legislation that would clarify the responsibilities of air carriers and the rights of travellers. In particular, the legislation would give the Canadian Transportation Agency a mandate to develop new regulations to strengthen air passenger rights.
