Training videos on how to assist persons with disabilities

Federal transportation providers and terminal operators are required to train their staff and contracted personnel on how to assist persons with disabilities.

The standards for these services are set out in the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations and the Agency's codes of practice.

Accessibility for All is designed to help service providers train their staff on these requirements. It’s a comprehensive, 45-minute training program which consists of several modules.
