Notes:

  1. Points on the route may be omitted on any or all flights at the option of the designated airline provided that all flights serve at least one point in Haiti.

  2. Fifth freedom traffic rights may not be exercised between Canada and the intermediate point in the United States.

  3. Stopover privileges may not be granted at the intermediate point in the United States to traffic destined for or coming from Canada.

Notes:
