Contravention
(A) On or about April 2, 2024, 2320127 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as Slate Falls Airways advertised the price of an air service on the website https://www.slatefallsair.com without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, expressed in Canadian dollars, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(B) On or about April 2, 2024, 2320127 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as Slate Falls Airways advertised the price of an air service on the website https://www.slatefallsair.com without including whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
