Contravention
A) On or about June 29/30, 2015, Aero-Dienst GmbH & Co. KG operated an air service between Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and Munich, Germany using a Lear Jet 60 type aircraft bearing registration D-CURE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
