(A) On or about October 22, 2019, Air Alsie A/S operated an international charter between London, UK (EGGW) and Montreal, Canada (CYUL) using a Falcon 7X bearing registration OY-RAB without holding a charter permit issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency in respect of that charter, thereby violating section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.
