Contravention

(1) On or about June 29, 2022, Air Canada failed to provide passenger (48TBKE), affected by the delay of flight AC94 scheduled to depart on June 29, 2022, the reason for the delay using the available communication method for which she had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(2) On or about June 29, 2022, Air Canada failed to provide passenger (3C8CTP), affected by the delay of flight AC94 scheduled to depart on June 29, 2022, the reason for the delay using the available communication method for which he had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(3) On or about June 29, 2022, Air Canada failed to provide passengers (4VXQGG), affected by the delay of flight AC94 scheduled to depart on June 29, 2022, the reason for the delay using the available communication method for which they had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
