(A) On or about August 18, 2023, Air Canada failed to ensure that a member of personnel who has received training required by Part 1 of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR) also received, at least once every three years, refresher training that is suitable for the requirements of his functions, thereby contravening section 21 of the ATPDR.
