Contravention
(A) On or about July 22, 2019 at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, Air Canada operated a flight from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Self-Service Machines, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
(B) On or about July 23, 2019 at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, Air Canada operated a flight from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Boarding Gates no.14, for flight no.AC8876 and no. 2 for flight no.AC7758, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
(C) On or about July 23, 2019 at Calgary International Airport, Air Canada operated a flight from Calgary, Alberta, Canada; without displaying in a visible manner at Self-Service Machines, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
(D) On or about July 30, 2019 at Edmonton International Airport, Air Canada operated a flight from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Boarding Gates no.68 for flight no.AC358 and no.50 for flight no. AC241, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
(E) On or about August 7, 2019 at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport, Air Canada operated a flight from Québec City, Québec, Canada; without displaying in a visible manner at Self-Service Machines, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
