(A) On or about July 20, 2022, at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (CYUL), Air Canada failed to provide the passengers, by means of an audible announcement, the reason for the delay for flight number AC8011, thereby contravening subsection 13(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
