Contravention
(A) On or about February 6, 2024, Air India Limited advertised the price of an air service on the website www.airindia.com and did not include each optional incidental service offered for which a fee or charge is payable and its total price or range of total prices, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(e) of the APPR.
(B) On or about February 1, 2024, Air India Limited advertised the price of an air service on the website www.airindia.com without setting out all third party charges under the heading "Taxes, Fees and Charges", thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.
(C) On or about February 1, 2024, Air India Limited made reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website www.airindia.com and did not set the charge out under the heading "Air Transportation Charges", thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the APPR.
(D) On or about February 6, 2024, Air India Limited provided information in an advertisement on the website www.airindia.com in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for any optional incidental service, thereby contravening section 29 of the APPR.
