Results of a compliance verification conducted by a Designated Enforcement Officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Air North Charter & Training Ltd. is in contravention of paragraph 67(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, of subsection 116(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations and of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations: Tariffs to be made public – Level 3 contraventions.
