Air Saint-Laurent Inc.

On May 3, 2013, Air Saint-Laurent Inc operated an air service between Montréal (Québec), Montebello (Québec) and Montréal (Québec), using various aircraft bearing registration of and operated by Québec Hélicoptères Inc., to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
