Contravention
(1) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Air Transat A.T. Inc. has committed 4 violations of failing to apply the terms and conditions of carriage specified in its tariff CTA(A) 004, namely: Air Transat A.T. Inc. did not immediately provide a suitable temporary replacement mobility aid to passenger (OV04GW) whose mobility aid was lost upon arrival in Venice, Italy (VCE), contrary to the terms and conditions of Rule 7 of Air Transat A.T. Inc.'s tariff in effect at the time, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
These contraventions occurred between July 8, 2023 and July 11, 2023
