Carlson Wagonlit Travel (cwtvacations.ca)

On or about June 3, 2014, Carlson Wagonlit Travel violated:

• paragraph 135.8(1)(d) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not setting out the name and amount of each tax, fee or charge relating to the air service that is a third party charge on the booking system found on the Web site cwtvacations.ca; and
• section 135.91 of the Air Transportation Regulations by setting out an air transportation charge as if it were a third party charge on the booking system found on the Web site cwtvacations.ca.
