Contravention
(A) On or about December 12, 2018, Lufthansa German Airlines advertised the price of an air service on its Canadian website lufthansa.com/ca without setting out all third party charges under the heading "Taxes, fees and Charges" thereby contravening subsection 135.8(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
Administrative Monetary Penalty: $2500
(B) On or about December 12, 2018, Lufthansa German Airlines set out an air transportation charge in an advertisement on its Canadian website lufthansa.com/ca as if it were a third party charge thereby contravening section 135.91 of the Air Transportation Regulations.
