Contravention
On or about May 17, 2013, Discovery Air International operated an air service between Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Kalispell, Montana, USA using an aircraft bearing registration C-GTWL, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
On or about May 20, 2013, Discovery Air International operated an air service between Kalispell, Montana and Calgary, Alberta using an aircraft bearing registration C-GTWL, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
