(A) On or about July 17, 2023, Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. made a reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website www.etihad.com/en-ca/ without setting the charge out under the heading "Air Transportation Charges", thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
